RETURNS

All sales are final; based on our policies; which prohibit Remedi Animal Solutions & Classical Homeopathic Counseling from taking back and reselling remedies. If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product. To make a claim about a damaged product, please contact us directly @ (406) 777-7375, within 7 days of delivery of your order.  Orders that are past 30 days of delilvery are not eligible.

SHIPPING
Remedies are shipped via USPS. The estimated delivery time is generally 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Before contacting us about your order, please check your email and/or mobile-phone texts for shipping/tracking information, be sure to check your email Spam folder.

RUSH DELIVERY
In the case of a rush/overnight order, please contact us directly for requirements and information to process your order (406)777-7375.  Rushed orders are shipped via UPS and are for emergencies only.  Please note, the cost is a minimum of $100.00.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Classical Homeopathic Counseling & Remedi Animal Solutions does not currently process online orders to countries or US territories outside of the contiguous United States. Please contact us directly to place your overseas orders. (406)777-7375

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES & DELAYS
Classical Homeopathic Counseling & Remedi Animal Solutions are not responsible for; lost or stolen packages, delays or damage due to weather, or other issues that may hinder the shipping provider from delivering your package.
