8 oz. & 16 oz. are recommended for diluting in water to apply to salt.

DIRECTIONS: Method 2 spray internasal (or vulva) 2x daily for 1 week. Then 1x weekly for prevention. Results should be obvious. May also be used as prevention once a month with Method 2, 3, or 4.
